Questions

Before you ask us

Why is there no price on the page?
Because a two-warehouse operation shipping parcel and a six-warehouse one running a freight desk are not the same product, and a headline number would be wrong for both. We would rather quote you in one call than have you discover the real figure three steps into a funnel.
Do my clients pay for portal access?
No. The client portal is part of every plan, and so are your clients' users. Charging you per customer login would punish you for growing, which is backwards.
Do I need my own carrier and broker accounts?
No. You can quote and book on our broker accounts from day one, so freight works before you have negotiated anything of your own. Bring your own accounts whenever you want and rate-shop across both — if you already have rates you like, you keep them.
Can it run alongside a system we already have?
Often, yes. There is a config-driven connector for external WMS and OMS systems, plus a public REST API and outbound webhooks, so a phased cutover on one warehouse or one client is a normal way to start.
