NJ Warehouse Express LLC (“NJ Warehouse Express,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides third-party logistics (3PL) and warehouse-management services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and dispose of information — including data we process on behalf of our merchant clients and their customers — when you use our services, use the WMS NextG platform, or visit https://wmsnextg.com/.

We are committed to “data minimization”: we collect only what we need to provide our services, and we retain personal information no longer than necessary.

1. Who this policy covers

• Merchant clients — businesses that use our warehousing, fulfillment and warehouse-management services.
• Customers of our merchants — individuals whose orders we fulfill. We process their information on behalf of the merchant.
• Website visitors — people who visit our public website.

2. Information we collect

From merchant clients: business and account details, contact names and emails, billing information, and the credentials or authorizations needed to connect your sales channels and stores.

From connected sales channels and stores: when a merchant authorizes us to connect a sales channel, online store, or marketplace, we retrieve the order information needed to fulfill and ship each order. For orders shipped directly to a customer, this includes the customer’s name, shipping address, and contact details, along with order line items. When we receive and prepare inventory for onward shipment to a fulfillment network on a merchant’s behalf, we process product and shipment information.

Automatically from our website: standard log data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) and cookies, used to operate and secure the site.

We do not intentionally collect special-category or sensitive personal data, and our services are not directed to children.

3. How we use information

We use information only to:

• Fulfill orders — receive, store, pick, pack, label, ship, and confirm delivery of orders, and prepare and forward inventory to fulfillment networks on a merchant’s behalf;
• Operate and improve our warehousing, inventory, and account services;
• Communicate with merchant clients about their account and orders;
• Meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations; and
• Secure our services and prevent fraud or abuse.

We do not use customers’ personal information for marketing, profiling, advertising, resale, or model training.

4. Legal bases for processing

Where applicable law requires a legal basis (e.g., GDPR), we rely on: performance of a contract (fulfilling the merchant’s orders), legitimate interests (operating and securing our services), legal obligation (tax and records), and consent where required. For customer data, the merchant is the data controller and we act as a processor/service provider on the merchant’s instructions.

5. How we share information

We share personal information only as needed to provide the service, and we never sell it:

• Shipping carriers and label providers — we transmit the customer’s name, address, and package details to the carrier chosen to deliver the order. This is the only routine sharing of customer information.
• Connected sales channels and fulfillment networks — as needed to synchronize orders, inventory, and shipment status for the merchant, in accordance with those platforms’ policies.
• Service providers (subprocessors) — vetted vendors that host our infrastructure or support operations, under contract and confidentiality obligations, limited to what they need.
• Legal and safety — when required by law, legal process, or to protect rights and safety.
• Business transfers — in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to this policy.

6. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above:

• Customer personal information (name, address, contact details) is minimized and deleted or anonymized when it is no longer needed to fulfill and support the order, except records we must retain by law, which are archived securely for the required period.
• Merchant account records are kept for the duration of the relationship and as required by law.
• Website logs are kept for a limited period for security and operations.

7. How we protect information

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls on a least-privilege basis, network protections, logging and monitoring, and a documented incident-response process. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to respond promptly to any incident.

8. International data transfers

We are based in the United States and process and store information there. Where we transfer personal information across borders, we use the safeguards required by applicable law (such as Standard Contractual Clauses).

9. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to object to certain processing or withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at integration@wmsnextg.com.

If you are a customer of one of our merchants, we process your information on that merchant’s behalf. We may therefore direct certain requests to the merchant or the platform through which you ordered, and we will support them in honoring valid requests.

10. Cookies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to operate and secure the site and to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

11. Children’s privacy

Our services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a revised effective date and, where appropriate, notify affected parties.
